Sartu’ di Riso - A rice mound served with garnishes;
Parmigiana di Melanzane - Layers of aubergines, tomato sauce, mozzarella, grated
parmesan and basil;
Carne alla brace - Grilled meat usually served with fresh green salad or tomato
salad.
