Activities
In the local area it is possible to undertake a number of activities including horse riding* and trekking, country walks and for the more adventures: longer hikes into the local hills. Tennis is available for the more sporting minded of our visitors at the local tennis club, that boasts grass, clay and concrete courts, both indoor and outdoor. Racket hire can be arranged with the club on request.
* visitors should note that horse
riding is available through the local equestrian school Centro Ippico Campano which is
affiliated to the F.I.S.E., located 500m from the farmhouse ‘Mazzarella’. In
order to undertake any lessons visitors should be in possession of a certificate of good
health and evidence of current and valid anti-tetanus inoculations. Details of current
charges are available on request; temporary insurance can also be arranged through the
school. All charges are payable locally.
